Maintenance and use of pasting belt:
The belt after receiving should be kept in the low humidity and dry temperature environment & put to use within three to four months. At the time of replacing the belt, please check clearly the dirty matter between the paste plate and Squeeze Roll (including cleaning the hard lead plaster at the roller edge), coated plate belt inching operation after installation, adjust the tension system properly after confirming trajectories, After installation of the coated belt, water gun is used to spray water on the surface of the belt. After running a few laps, the belt will be soaked and put down for operation. Good maintenance habits extend the service life of the coated strip, reducing the use cost and increasing the productivity.
Belts are available in standard size and diameter. Maximum length of the belts is 159”, minimum Length 93”, the widths are possible up to 30”, Tolerance in length: +/- 1.5%.
Identification on the inside of the belt is indicated as:
- Company Name
- Dimensions
- Basic Number
- Command Number
- Arrow
It is very important to respect the instructions for use to get the maximum lifetime of the belt.
