Antistatic SYNCHROFLEX® Timing Belts

Hello Everyone ....!!! Today we will proceed with our past article of PU Timing Belts. In today article we will talk about the antistatic properties & Area of Application /use of SYNCHROFLEX® Timing Belts. The Construction: SYNCHROFLEX® Timing Belts consist of two components, a polyurethane and a high grade steel cord tension member. The excellent bond between the two materials results in high power transmission capacity. The antistatic properties of SYNCHROFLEX® Timing Belts are achieved by: 1. Antistatic coating Post-process application of an electrically conductive coat on all sides of the belts with and wihtout textile facing. 2. Antistatic PU-Mixture A special conductive polyurethane mixture. SYNCHROFLEX® Timing Belts antistatic Application / Use Antistatic SYNCHROFLEX® Timing Belts find their application where electrostatic charges are not desired or inadmissible, e.g. for the transport of electronic components, drives and/or conveying equipment in an...

Before I start you must know the bakery production plant layout.  PLANT LAYOUT:- 1. 70% Production Hall 2. 10%  Raw Material Storage 3. 10% Finish Good Storage 4. 5% Dispacth Area 5. 5% Administrator Office There could be different Production Lines. 1. Muffins Production Line  2. Bun Production Line 3. Bread Production Line 4. Cream Roll Production Line & many more... Production Process of  Bakery Products:- 1.  Mixing of  Ingredients 2. Manufacturing a. Dough Loader/ Dough Hopper  It's processing setup varies industry to industry. If belting option is available then go ahead with AG DERCO FOOD GRADE BELTS. b. Dough Divider/ Dough Extruder From here our work strategy starts. Here We can suggest our food grade PVC/ PU AG Derco / Volta Belts. Colour variation also available. c. Dough Sheeter Here we go for AG Derco/ Vo...
Good Morning.....!!! Today we are back with   Basic factors effecting Chain/ Belt Lifetime. In the design stage it is helpful to consider some of the basic factors that have an effect on belt/chain lifetime and know how they can be used to increase the overall lifetime of the belt or chain. The chart below gives a general indication of some of the more important parameters and their general effect on overall belt life. Shorter Lifetime                                                                                                                                                          ...

V - belts problems & solutions

Good Evening Everyone....!!! Today we shall discuss some general problems of  V- belts & their solutions. Common v-belt drive problems can be diagnosed rather quickly and generally fall into one of the following categories. • Improper installation / tension • Improper maintenance • Drive contaminants /drive environment • Inferior drive selection/design Improper Installation / Tension The most common v-belt drive problems relating to installation are improper drive alignment and insufficient tension. Problems related to insufficient tension will  include: • Rapid sidewall wear on belt (often even wear on both sides) • Belt turns or jumps off of the sheave • Belt slips and squeals • Belt appears glazed and hardened due to spin burn. Problems related to alignment will include: • Rapid sidewall wear on belt (often uneven wear on one side) • Vibration • Uneven wear on sheave groove walls Common Reasons for Drives Being Undertensioned Bel...

Replacement of Conveyor Parts

Good Evening Everyone....!!! Today we shall discuss some common site observations, if you found condition like these you can approach your client to replace that system or part. Replacement of Conveyor Parts: Chain and belt should be replaced when: 1. The chain has been extended so much that it does not fit the drive sprocket. 2. The chain is worn below half the plate thickness. 3. The chain surface is worn unevenly. 4. The bottom parts of the chain is worn so much that the pins are laid bare. The pins can thendamage the wearstrips and other conveyor parts. 5. Tab or belt edge is worn on sideflexing belts. Sprockets should be replaced when: 1. The tooth profiles are worn 2. The chain jumps the sprocket Wearstrips should be replaced when: 1. They are worn 50% 2. The surface finish has become rough 3. Hard particles have become embedded into the wearstrip material Special care must be taken to inspect curved wearstrip sections for wear, since excessive wear...

Terms and Definitions

Good Evening Everyone....!!! Today we shall discuss some most popular ''Terms & Definitions '' used in conveyor system. Terms and Definitions Bearing block – The block or housing that contains or supports a bearing. Bed Section – The conveyor frame that supports the conveyor’s belt, drive, end units, carrying surface/rollers, etc. Belt Cover – A rubber or PVC coating applied to a conveyor belt to protect the belt carcass and/or provide special carrying capacities for the belt. Belt Sag – Lack of tension or tautness in the conveyor belt that causes it to droop in areas between supporting members. Belt Tension – The results of force applied to the conveyor that causes or trends to cause stress or stretching of the belt. All belts must be tensioned to some extent to provide proper driving force and tracking. Belt Tracking – The path followed by the belt as it runs on the conveyor and around the conveyor pulleys. Belt Wrap – The amount of con...
